Promise made, promise kept

Empty promises is what most IT businesses are best known for. You are probably one of the people who have had a bad experience with computer support. Most of us are. This is a sad fact especially if one thinks of the huge amount of competition that exists within this service industry.

Why is it so difficult for us,  the IT specialist to deliver what we say we will deliver?

In my opinion it comes down to just one aspect, love. Love for technology and lack of a love for the people behind the computer.
