Socially responsible

As a customer we always complain about not getting a quality service. But how does one define quality and is it true that the customer is always right. Quality may be hard to define when one is offering services like IT, Administration or HR because the levels of quality differ from different business - levels.

A lot of focus has been on the products sold, the designing and packaging to marketing. However we have moved to focus on people whom we want to receive quality service. A company offers services so to make people’s lives better, at the same time the company must not lose to make profit in the name quality.

Still no one can define quality although they know the attributes of quality, but it’s left to be generalised. Quality applies for the company and the customers receiving the services. At the same time a company may give customers 101% performance while the customers are hard to impress. So inorder to have quality there has to be internal development and external improvement.

well quality in the end cant be explained in one sentence because a lot goes on to achieve it. It can be explained by the processes that go on to reach quality. At the end of the day its about giving the best service, when one is passionate about their work they will give the best service with the right attitude. and also feedback from  clients or customers will help one understand how they can be rated on the scale of 1-10.

Ask yourself is quality defined by you as a service provider or is it defined by your customer? gives me something to think about although I have had good feedback from our clients that tells me that we sure provide quality services.
